A statue of late Supreme Courtroom Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg shall be inbuilt her native Brooklyn, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo introduced Saturday.

Ginsburg died Friday of issues from metastatic pancreatic most cancers at age 87. A legal trailblazer and champion of women’s rights, she grew to become the excessive courtroom’s second feminine justice in 1993.

Cuomo, a Democrat, mentioned that he’ll appoint a fee to decide on an artist and oversee the collection of a location for the statue.
